A few months ago, I was contacted by a client in desperate need of An investigator to work on his side. Our client was being accused of a serious crime that could have potentially put him in prison for several years. After meeting with his attorney, we got to work. This case took several months of diligent preparation and tracking down witnesses who did not want to be involved. But we understood that a mans freedom was at stake and was able to obtain the needed interviews. We also spent countless hours going through the states discovery and were able to pinpoint discrepancies in statements from the original complainant. Last week we finalized our report and gave it to our clients attorney, confident we had proven our clients innocence.

On Monday we were informed that the D.A. Would be moving forward with our trial date set for today. We confidently began the process of prepping for the jury selection. This morning we walked into the courtroom prepared for the voice dire. Our report was then given to the D.A. She came back and announced she would be dismissing our clients charges.

Today, our client walked out of the courthouse with a heavy burden lifted from his shoulders. We wish him all the best of luck with his future!!
